Good Morning everyone, I am leaving today and its around 5:19 in the morning here! Just wanted to post one last time before I leave Japan! I really had a great time here.  Doesnt even feel like im coming home, but rather leaving home yet coming home at the same time hahaha. I plan on keeping this blog running even when I get back, so dont stop reading =). Hope to see everyone soon, bye.

I officially have 10 days left in Japan if you count Weds! It`s strange to think that I will be home so soon, 1 week really goes by fast. Last Friday, I gave my farewell speech and made some teachers and students CRY! So, I guess I did a good job hahaha. Anyways I’m just enjoying my final days in Japan and living it up till I go home.

Hey everyone, just a quick update for today! Today was the first day of tests and I had English and World History. Of course English is a blow off, but they had a bunch of Japanese-English translation which I studied really hard. I managed to get 96%. My second test of the day was World History, which was reallllyyyyy hard! We are studying Early Chinese history, which I actually know quite a bit of! The only problem is the amount of impossible Kanji on the test, even my friends had trouble with it! I wont say what I think I got on this hahahaha. I put some pictures up on Flickr.

Its that time of year in Japan again, Test time! It`s a lot different from usual though because everyone is still practicing for their clubs. Most clubs in Japan have a HUGE tournament on June 6th-8th, so no one can take the usual 2 weeks off for test preparation. I guess its fine to me, cause I like practicing since I only have 20!!! days left in Japan. It really went by fast =(. Anyways, look at the new pictures if you haven’t already!

My birthday was a long time ago, at least it seems that way! I really didn`t do anything special for it, but I dont do anything special anyways so I still enjoyed it a lot! A LOT of people said Happy Birthday or たんじょうびおめでとう to me, and I also got some gifts from my friends, mostly candy (I guess people know me well enough to know that I love candy hahaha) Drinks, key charms, t-shirts, and cards. I have to say that I had a really fun day at school, and it turned out that a lot of people share the same birthday as me, although they were all turning 18. I missed the 6:51 train because I talked to some of my friends and the head T&F coach, he even knew it was my birthday >.>, so I ended up taking the 7:51 train. When I got home, some Rotarians were waiting for me. They all brought a bunch of reallllyyyy good food-Roast Beef, Sashimi, Sushi, Cakes, Cookies, and Donuts- So of course I was really happy haha. I had a lot of fun talking to them, even though they are all at least 30 years older than me. After they all went home, I didnt really do anything else. I uploaded some pictures of the small party that the Rotarians held for me, so check them out!

I am really liking my host family right now, the Dad is the president of a stock broker company, so they are REALLY rich. He bought me a Electronic Dictionary for my birthday-April 22nd by the way =) !! Its really handy for studying in school because it has a touch screen so I can write down Kanji (Chinese characters) I don’t know! Also, the Mom cooks gourmet meals everyday, I probably have gained a lot of weight already, but it is definitely worth it! For the next two days, I am going to be participating in a T&F tournament, so I will update you all with how I did on Sunday night! I`m going to take a lot of pictures, but while your waiting for them take a look at the new ones!

Happy Easter everyone! I just got back from a Rotary Orientation and had a really fun time! I`ll post more about it later! Also, I just changed host families this past weekend, and so far so good. I actually live in a different prefecture now, so I have to take a train about 25 minutes to school everyday! Anyways, check out the pictures =)

Sorry for the long wait between this post and the previous one! I`ve been training very hard for Track because there is a tournament coming up on the 18th and only because its Spring Break right now. I attended a training camp from the 20th-23rd at my school. After that, I just came to school everyday from about 8:00-3:00. I feel like a professional athlete, but without the professional skills hahaha. I am proud to say that I can run 100m in 11.23. Also, for the tournament on the 18th, I am going to be running the 100m and the 4×100m relay as the anchor! Anyways, Spring Break ends this coming Monday, so I am not really looking forward to going back to school, who does? I`ll try to update this blog a lot more since school is starting. I also found out that I only have less 2 months left in Japan, how sad =(.

I was watching TV today, and they were talking about a Earth Marathon that a Japanese comedian is doing! He is going to run and sail around the world, and right now he just reached America. They cover his trek once or twice a week, so I always watch it. Recently, I found out that he has a Flickr site, so I added him as a friend! I thought it would interest some people, cause I know a lot of people who read this are on T&F or run marathons! Anyways here is the link to the Flickr and Website
